Dear Gloria,

This is a letter long overdue, so sorry for the time lapse. I just wanted to tell you how much Rick and I appreciated all your help with our relocation package. We relocated from a slow Dallas housing market to a red hot California market where houses were selling in minutes. It was a difficult and overwhelming time for me, but you made all the difference in the world.

You kept your cool while I lost mine daily. I was on a very limited time schedule to find a house so your compassion, understanding, patience and persistence were a godsend to me. We would not have found the perfect house for us if not for your diligence and watching the market night and day, every day. As I pause and reflect on our house hunting experience in CA, I realize you were always looking for our perfect house. I had long given up, but with your constant monitoring, your broad networking skills and connections, you nailed it for us. THANKS!

And probably the best part of the whole experience is - you were and still are there for Rick and I long after we moved in. You called both during the move and after, helped us with everything from getting a great handyman to a great hair dresser which we both still use to this day. You invited us to dinner and to lunch. And, you even helped me get a job to help pay for this house.

Today I consider you a friend and still feel comfortable to call you when I need help, advice, information or just a chat. Gloria you are so much more than a realtor. You just didn't sell us the house and walk away; you are still there for us.

Somewhere in the future, when we downsize, you will be the first person we call.

My wife and I moved back to Redlands after being away for several years. We had decided that Redlands was the community that we felt was home. We have bought and sold several houses in the past and were familiar with wants and needs regarding our desired new home. We have had both good and bad experience with realtors and know the importance of having the "right" real estate agent. We interviewed Gloria based on the-recommendation of a co-worker. Although we had intentions of
interviewing several realtors we were quickly convinced that Gloria was the realtor we wished to work with on purchasing our new home.
